Job title: Product Owner (Hybrid)
Location: Atlanta, GA

Role Summary:
Looking for a Product Owner / Product Manager to lead voice-based Conversational AI solutions for healthcare payer call centers. This role will drive AI-powered virtual assistants to improve call containment, reduce AHT, and enhance member/provider experience while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own product roadmap for voice AI covering benefits, claims, eligibility, prior auth, and provider search
  • Drive AI strategy using LLMs (RAG, tool calling, prompt design)
  • Define and optimize voice tech stack (STT/ASR, TTS, real-time voice agents)
  • Improve key KPIs: containment, AHT, FCR, CSAT
  • Lead integrations with contact center platforms (Genesys, Amazon Connect) and payer systems
  • Ensure HIPAA/PHI compliance and safe AI usage
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, data science, design, and compliance teams
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years Product Management experience
  • 2+ years in Conversational AI / Voice bots / IVR
  • Strong healthcare payer domain knowledge (claims, benefits, eligibility)
  • LLMs (RAG, prompt engineering, tool calling)
  • STT/TTS technologies
  • Call center platforms
