Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Lead IAM Engineer to join a team at a top Life Insurance and Property and Casualty company here in the Des Moines area. This individual will join the IAM/Security team, serving as the technical & project lead over automating. In this role, you'll be responsible for working incidents, new work flows, new implementations & system integrations, access creation in Sailpoint, production issues/troubleshooting and customizations. This role will be a split between individual work and team collaboration.

Annual salary for this position ranges between $100,000- $120,000 and is dependent on experience and skills coming in with.

Skills and Requirements

2+ years of experience with Sailpoint; experience implementing, understanding workflows, building applications, access creation.

4+ years of IAM experience

Bachelors degree in related field.

Technical leadership/project leadership experience. IAM Designation/Certification and/or large IAM platform implementation experience preferred.
