What We’re Looking For
Experience: Minimum 5 years of residential service-call work on furnaces & A/C systems

Certifications: EPA 608 Type II Certification (minimum)

Technical requirements:

Deep familiarity with all major brands (Trane, Carrier, Lennox, Goodman, etc.)

Strong expertise in Mitsubishi heat pump diagnostics, controls & repairs

Professional skills:

Sharp problem-solver with keen attention to detail

Team player with a positive attitude and excellent customer-service mindset

Clear communicator—both with homeowners and team members

Valid CA driver’s license with clean record
