Lead Commercial Refrigeration Technician (Future Regional Manager) - $38-$49/hr DOE + Growth Path
SRV Temperature Solutions is expanding across Eastern Nebraska and Iowa, including Omaha, and we are hiring the person who can help build the market: lead in the field now, mentor other tradesmen, and grow into a Regional Manager role as the market scales.
This is for the technician everyone already calls when it gets complicated - the person who has outgrown the ceiling at their current shop. SRV is family-owned and not a private-equity roll-up, so the person who builds this market gets a real path to run it.
What You'll Do
Be the technical anchor for complex rack, CO2, controls, and commercial refrigeration diagnostics.
Mentor technicians and set the field standard for quality, communication, and customer care.
Partner with ownership on scheduling, key accounts, quality, and hiring as the market grows.
Help build the Omaha/Eastern Nebraska market and grow toward Regional Manager.
What You Bring
5+ years of commercial refrigeration or HVAC/R service experience.
Deep rack/supermarket, CO2, controls, or industrial refrigeration experience strongly preferred.
EPA 608 certification; NATE, controls, or master license is a plus.
Natural leadership: other technicians trust your judgment and learn from your work.
What You Get
$38-$49/hr DOE plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus: $1,500 at start and $1,500 at 90 days.
