Seeking an experienced Lead Installer/Glazier for a full-time, on-site role in Wausau, WI, with relocation assistance.
- Lead and assist installation crews on commercial glass projects, including aluminum storefronts, doors, and curtain walls.
- Supervise daily field operations, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
- Read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints.
- Communicate with project managers and contractors effectively.
- Mentor junior installers and apprentices.
- Require 5+ years of commercial glass installation experience, proficiency with storefront and door systems, and leadership skills. Curtain wall experience is a plus.
