What Will I Be Doing?

Leading garage door installation projects from start to finish
Installing garage doors, openers, tracks, springs, and hardware
Removing and replacing existing garage door systems
Troubleshooting and adjusting systems to ensure proper operation
Training and mentoring newer installers on best practices and safety
Ensuring all work meets company quality standards
Managing job site efficiency and professionalism
Communicating with customers and ensuring satisfaction
Using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment daily
Representing the company with professionalism on every job
This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days look exactly the same.

Am I Qualified?
We’re looking for experienced professionals who take pride in their work and can lead by example.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of garage door installation experience
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate installers
Ability to independently manage installation jobs
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and remain physically active throughout the day
Comfort bending, climbing, kneeling, and working on your feet
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Basic comfort using tablets or mobile apps for job updates
Strong work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail

Experience in construction, HVAC, electrical, or other skilled trades is a plus.
