Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Java Developer (C13) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, React, microservices, APIs, SQL/PLSQL, and CI/CD DevOps toolchains and a proven ability to architect, design, and deliver scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise applications while setting engineering standards and leading teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of full stack solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and React.
• Own end-to-end delivery from requirements through development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Define and enforce coding, testing, debugging, and implementation best practices aligned to enterprise standards.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align technology with business objectives.
• Resolve complex technical challenges using deep analysis of processes, system flows, and industry patterns.
• Provide architectural guidance to ensure scalability, resiliency, performance, and security.
• Design and build microservices and APIs (REST/GraphQL) and cloud-native components.
• Apply advanced knowledge of data structures, object-oriented design, and integration patterns.
• Drive adoption of CI/CD, DevOps, and AI-assisted development practices.
• Mentor and coach developers, providing technical leadership and code reviews.
• Contribute to strategic planning, identifying system enhancements and process optimizations.
• Ensure adherence to risk, governance, and compliance standards, managing operational risks proactively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7 to 10+ years of software development with expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Proven experience building scalable full stack and microservices-based architectures.
• Frontend development with React or Angular, HTML5, and CSS for responsive UIs.
• Strong backend skills in API design, distributed systems, and integration patterns.
• Deep SQL/PLSQL expertise with relational databases, preferably Oracle.
• Hands-on CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Docker, and OpenShift.
• Experience with Agile delivery and collaboration tools such as JIRA.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Cloud experience, preferably AWS.
• Familiarity with AI tools in development workflows.
