Immediately hiring an experienced Lead Foreman (Bilingual) with a strong background in food manufacturing for a large food warehouse on the north side of San Antonio (airport area). This is a cold environment at 42-45 degrees daily.
Pay is $18/hr. Shift is Mon-Fri 5am start (8-10 hr. shifts, until finished)
Lead Foreman duties:
Previous food manufacturing experience.
Prior lead or supervisory experience.
Ability to assist on the production line.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Operate machines used for mixing, cooking, slicing, filling, or packaging food.
Load/unload materials onto production lines or into machines.
Assemble food products recipes or batches according to company specs.
Stack and move pallets using pallet jacks.
Clean and sanitize work areas, tools, and equipment following food safety guidelines.
Quality inspection of food products.
Remove defective products or packages from the production line.
Requirements:
Must be able to work in a cold environment (42-45 degrees).
Previous food manufacturing experience.
Prior lead or supervisory experience.
Ability to assist on the production line.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
