POSITION SUMMARY
The Fleet Coordinator Lead serves as the primary subject matter expert for fleet coordination activities and acts as a point of escalation and guidance for Fleet Coordinators. In addition to performing core coordinator responsibilities, this role provides day-to-day leadership, supports decision-making on asset allocation and utilization, and partners closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics leadership to optimize fleet availability, build timing, and utilization across the network.

COMPENSATION
This position offers a competitive compensation package, benchmarked to regional market standards. It consists of a base salary plus quarterly profit sharing after one year of employment.
