Job Details

Hiring: Lead Fire Alarm Technician (New England)
Looking for a step up into a leadership role with a stable, long-standing company?

What you’ll do:

Lead installation, programming, and maintenance of fire alarm systems
Troubleshoot control panels, devices, and system issues
Oversee field technicians and mentor junior team members
Ensure compliance with NFPA and local codes
Travel throughout Southern New England

What they’re looking for:

5+ years of fire alarm experience
Strong troubleshooting skills
Ability to lead and work independently
Electrical license (MA, RI, NH preferred)
Solid communication & customer-facing skill
