Lead – Financial Systems – Downtown Columbus, Ohio (Hybrid)

What You’ll Do
Reporting to the IT Manager – Application Development, this role works as a liaison between the business and technical teams to support their application environment. The Lead - Financial Systems Financial Systems will also serve as product owner and subject matter expert for Finance and related business.

- At least five years of experience in designing and developing applications and/or finance system implementations.
- At least one year of direct or indirect supervisory experience.
- Experience in documenting business requirements, process workflows, and system functionality.
- Demonstrated experience with Technical writing, SDLC, Relational Databases/SQL, Unit, Smoke, SIT and User Acceptance Testing.
- Prior experience with implementing an ERP system for finance preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
- PMP, Scrum Master and/or Professional Finance Certifications (CPA, CFA, etc.) are strongly preferred.
