Overview

This Lead role sits within a consumer digital experimentation organization and is accountable for operational support across the end-to-end experimentation lifecycle. The role ensures consistent throughput from intake to launch to closeout, maintains high-quality program records and results artifacts, and drives clear, timely program communications that improve transparency and adoption of learnings. Partnering closely with experimentation orchestration and execution leaders, analysts, product teams, and analytics partners, this role creates the operating rhythm, standards, and communications channels that keep the program running smoothly and delivering value.

Core Responsibilities

1) Operational Support & Throughput Management

Throughput & capacity coordination: Maintain a clear view of pipeline health, WIP, blockers, and dependencies; facilitate actions that keep work moving and reduce cycle time.

Operating cadence: Run recurring program rituals (status reviews, priority/readiness checkpoints, and retros) to ensure alignment and predictable execution.

Administrative and logistical support: Provide program-level coordination across tools, artifacts, meeting notes, action tracking, and documentation to support orchestration/execution teams.

Technical execution support: Support execution leads as needed to provide coverage during vacations or busy times to support consistent throughput.

2) Program Communications & Stakeholder Alignment

Stakeholder communications strategy: Develop and execute a communication plan that keeps leaders and partner teams informed of progress, risks, decisions, and outcomes.

Status reporting: Produce consistent weekly/monthly reporting on experiment pipeline, milestones, blockers, and key operational metrics.

Primary point of contact: Serve as a central connector for program operations and execution related questions, ensuring timely follow-ups and crisp handoffs.

3) Data Hygiene, Compliance to Process & Continuous Improvement

Data hygiene & audit readiness: Enforce naming conventions, tagging, ticket hygiene, and closure requirements across tracking tools and repositories.

Process adherence: Ensure consistent execution against defined workflows for launch readiness, closures, and EOL hygiene.

Operational analytics: Monitor engagement with dashboards/repositories/newsletters and recommend improvements based on usage insights.

Process improvement: Continuously refine templates, SOPs, and tool usage to reduce friction, improve clarity, automate, apply AI, and increase throughput.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years in program operations, product/digital operations, project management, analytics operations, or a similar role in a digital/product-focused environment.

Core skills:

  • Strong program management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; experience producing executive-ready updates and cross-functional communications.
  • Proficiency with workflow and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Excel; plus SharePoint/Power BI/Tableau or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce documentation and data hygiene standards.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and drive alignment without direct authority.
  • Working style: Proactive, structured, collaborative, and comfortable operating amid ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting digital experimentation, A/B testing, or analytics-driven product programs.

Familiarity with consumer digital buy-flow concepts and conversion funnel metrics.

Exposure to agile product development environments and release coordination.

Background in knowledge management or internal communications (newsletters, executive summaries, storytelling with data).

Success Measures

Throughput & predictability: Experiments move from intake to closeout with clear visibility, minimal blockers, and improved cycle times.

Operational quality: High compliance with workflow steps, ticket closure, and end-of-life hygiene; low rework due to missing artifacts or poor documentation.

Results visibility & adoption: Results repository is current, searchable, and widely used; partner teams consistently consume and act on learnings.

Communications effectiveness: Program updates and newsletters ship on schedule with strong engagement and positive stakeholder feedback.
