Lead Estimator - Commercial Construction - NoVAThe Lead Estimator - Commercial Construction - NoVA will:Lead preconstruction efforts, including budgeting, estimating, and bid strategyServe as a primary contact for clients, building strong relationships and identifying new opportunitiesDevelop conceptual, schematic, and detailed estimates, including quantity take-offsSolicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor bids to ensure competitive and accurate pricingPartner with architects, engineers, and internal teams to drive value engineering initiativesPrepare bid packages, GMP documentation, and preconstruction presentationsAnalyze drawings and specifications to define scope and pricing strategySupport project planning, scheduling, and transition to operations teamsMaintain cost databases and track historical pricing for future estimatesParticipate in networking, client meetings, and industry events to drive business developmentMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
