Seeking a Lead EPC Substation Project Engineer to manage high voltage substation design projects within a fast-growing EPC Solutions group. This remote role requires located in the Pacific Northwest and involves leading electrical and protection/control designs, engineering studies, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety codes.

Responsibilities include providing technical oversight, creating specifications, performing QC reviews, collaborating with project teams and clients, conducting site visits, and supporting project delivery. Mentorship and team leadership are key components.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, PE license, 8+ years of utility substation experience, and proficiency with relevant standards and software. Preferred skills include experience with EPC projects, renewable interconnections, and industry memberships. Travel up to 15% may be required.
