Lead Environmental Services Aide (Housekeeper)/Server– Strabane Woodsof Washington

Washington, PA – Full-time; Hourly, Non-exempt; Monday – Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

 

Starting Pay: $17.50/hour - $19.50/hour; Depending on experience

Strabane Woods of Washington is an assisted living community that is part of the UPMC Senior Communities managed by Presbyterian SeniorCare Network. Located adjacent to the Wilfred R. Cameron Wellness Center in Washington, PA, Strabane Woods offers a private elegant residence with fitness, health care, and rehabilitation services nearby, providing safety, security, and peace of mind.

 

The LeadEnvironmental Services Aide (Housekeeper)/Serverprovides training and leadership to the team and is responsible for cleaning resident apartments, common areas, office space, and other areas assigned. This position also includes assisting with breakfast and lunch meal service for the residents at the community.

Requirements for theLead Environmental Services Aide (Housekeeper)/Sever:

 

  • At least one year experience as an Environmental Services Aide (Housekeeper).
  • Proven leadership and training experience preferred. 
  • Long-term care or health experience preferred.
  • Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
  • Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
  • Enjoy multi-tasking since every day is different
  • Have good attention to detail and time management
