We're in Alpha with a group of homeowners and moving fast toward a public launch. This is a ground-floor opportunity to architect the systems behind a new AI-native category.The RoleWe're hiring an Engineering Lead to architect and ship the core Cassi experience. This is a hybrid role: part senior IC, part engineering manager. You'll write code, lead execution, and define technical processes from the ground up. You'll work directly with the CEO and design/product to bring the vision to life: a GenAI-native interface that ingests unstructured chaos and turns it into structured, actionable control.We are not looking for a theoretical architect.
