CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

As our Lead Electrician - Electrical Technician, you'll act as a go-to expert, handling advanced troubleshooting and ensuring flawless electrical operation across HVAC systems. Your day will include:

• Diagnosing and repairing residential low- and high-voltage systems
• Supporting complex electrical challenges with confidence and accuracy
• Working on both new construction and renovations
• Serving residential and commercial job sites

YOU MIGHT BE A MATCH IF YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS:

• 7+ years of electrical trade experience
• Experience leading complex custom new construction homes and renovations
• Experience working on commercial jobs
• A clean driving record; aggressive drivers, please do not apply
• A valid Master Electrician License or Journeyman License
• Experience with panelized lighting controls
• A Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local Southwest Florida codes
