Job Description
Elite Fire & Security, Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Electrician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing and working alongside a small crew on commercial projects throughout the area.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily field operations for electrical installations
- Supervise and mentor crew members while maintaining productivity and quality
- Install, troubleshoot, and service commercial electrical systems
- Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and project specifications
- Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and customers onsite
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and up to code
Qualifications
- Strong commercial electrical experience required
- Prior foreman or crew leadership experience preferred
- Ability to manage and motivate a small team
- Knowledge of NEC and jobsite safety practices
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Valid Journeyman Electrical License in Massachusetts
- Fire alarm and/or security system experience is a major plus
- Fire alarm installation and programming
- Access control systems
- CCTV/IP camera systems
- Low-voltage cabling and device installation
