The company values expertise and precision in delivering high-quality results for its clients and a collaborative work culture offering a direct path to senior leadership roles.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end execution of high-voltage (138kV-500kV) transmission and substation capital projects, including upgrades, modernizations, and new installationsManage large project portfolios consisting of multiple concurrent projectsOversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and overall delivery performanceCoordinate internal teams, external stakeholders, and contractor partners to ensure successful executionDrive contractor performance, safety compliance, and accountability across multiple field sitesIdentify opportunities to optimize scope, reduce costs, and accelerate schedulesMaintain strong stakeholder relationships through proactive communication and collaborationProvide leadership, mentorship, and development for project managers, coordinators, and support staffEnsure adherence to regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policiesKey Projects & Scope:EHV infrastructure upgrades including transformer replacements, terminal expansions, and SVC modernizationTransmission line relocations and system reliability enhancementsSubstation upgrades and RTU/switch modernization initiativesLarge-scale vegetation management and system maintenance programsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
