Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Lead - Digital Sales Agentic AI
The Digital Advisor / Sales will join a highly skilled team focused on advancing digital solutions across a targeted portfolio of accounts. This position is instrumental in addressing emerging challenges within industry sectors such as Consumer Goods Retail Hi-Tech & Manufacturing and Banking & Financial Services supporting Genpacts Sales and Transformation Services community.
Recently the Agentic sales team has achieved considerable growth securing new clients and expanding digital engagement with existing customers. The Digital Advisor / Sales will be responsible for identifying shaping and closing revenue-generating opportunities in both new and established accounts leveraging curated and repeatable offerings to drive transformation within specified vertical industries. This role integrates advanced digital solutions with strong domain expertise enabling the development of innovative strategies and thought leadership initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Hunt & Drive expansion opportunities within existing Genpact accounts identifying white space for cross-sell and up-sell
- Hunt for new logos across USA Tier 1 & Tier 2 banks capital markets and wealth management firms
- Own the entire sales lifecyclefrom prospecting and solution qualification to commercial negotiation and closure
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders (CIO CTO COO CDO Heads of Ops Innovation Risk and Data)
- Sell Genpacts integrated offerings in Agentic AI space
- Develop deal strategies collaborate with solution teams and drive executive alignment
- Partner with account teams to shape and pursue change order opportunities co-innovation pilots and digital interventions
- Use CRM tools and reporting dashboards to manage pipeline forecast accurately and meet quarterly targets

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is:

80,500 to 100,000 USD

“Los Angeles, California based candidates are not eligible for this role. New York area candidates are eligible for this role only.”
