Lead Digital Product Analyst
In this role you'll be embedded with digital product managers, helping decide what we build, who we target, and how we grow.
You'll turn data into clear decisions that drive account growth, conversion, and customer engagement for millions of consumers across our digital banking experience.

What You'll Do
Partner with product managers to define problems, metrics, and priorities
Analyze digital funnel performance and identify growth opportunities
Lead deep-dive analyses across large datasets to find root causes and insights
Deliver clear, executive-ready recommendations
Define and evolve KPIs across the digital customer journey
Improve how analytics is done-tools, methods, and standards

Experience working with large datasets (SQL required)

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, mathematical disciplines, finance, economics, or other technical degree.
