All Tire & Service is hiring a high-level Diagnostic A-Tech to take the lead at our busy Page Ave location in Staten Island. This shop does serious volume, and we need someone who can own diagnostics, solve drivability issues fast, and help elevate the team around them.

This is not a dead-end flat-rate shop drowning in warranty work. We’re a growing multi-location operation with strong car count, modern systems, leadership support, and a real opportunity to make an impact.

About the Shop

All Tire & Service operates multiple high-volume locations across Staten Island and New Jersey. Our Page Ave location is one of the busiest shops in the group with approximately 850 cars per month running through 6 bays.

We service a mix of Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles and need a true diagnostic professional who can help increase shop efficiency, improve throughput, and remove technical bottlenecks from management and advisors.

You’ll work with modern shop systems including:

• Tire Shop / Freedom SMS
• Steer CRM
• AutoOps

This is a shop where your skill level matters and leadership actually supports the technicians.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of automotive technician experience
• Advanced diagnostic ability
• Strong drivability and check engine light troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work on Domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
• Leadership mindset and willingness to mentor younger techs
• Strong electrical and scan tool knowledge
• Clean driving record
• NYS Inspector License preferred
