Lead DevSecOps Consultant - AIOps MLOps
Role Summary
Senior clientfacing leadership role combining CXOlevel advisory enterprise consulting and handson execution across DevSecOps AIOps and MLOps The role enables secure software delivery AIML operationalization and platform reliability at enterprise scale working closely with senior business and technology leaders
Key Responsibilities
Advise CXOs and senior ITDigital leaders on DevSecOps AIOps and MLOps strategy roadmaps and operating models
Design and implement secure AWSbased cloudnative CICD platforms and SDLC governance
Enable AIOpsdriven observability reliability and incident reduction for missioncritical platforms
Lead endtoend MLOps capabilities including model deployment monitoring drift detection and governance
Drive largescale enterprise transformation and consulting engagements
Mentor and guide engineering platform security and data teams to ensure sustainable adoption
MustHave Skills
12 years of experience in DevSecOps DevOps Platform Engineering
Proven clientfacing experience working with CXO senior leadership
Strong handson expertise in
Secure CICD pipelines Infrastructure as Code
Kubernetes containers and AWS cloud platforms
Experience implementing AIOps observability and reliability engineering
Practical MLOps experience model deployment monitoring governance
Strong consulting mindset with outcomedriven delivery
GoodtoHave Skills
Management consulting or enterprise advisory background
Experience in energy oil gas or regulated industries
Responsible AI explainability or AI governance exposure
Multicloud or hybrid enterprise experience
Relevant cloud DevOps security or ML certifications
Skills
Mandatory Skills : Azure DevOps

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
