Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior/Lead Salesforce Engineer with deep expertise in the Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, and secure application development. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions that streamline business processes, strengthen data protection, and improve user productivity. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality CRM solutions.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable full-stack applications.
  • Implement Salesforce Platform solutions with a focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, metadata configuration, automation, platform limits, and multi-object data models.
  • Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
  • Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, and scheduled jobs following Salesforce best practices and governor limit guidelines.
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware solutions.
  • Design and implement automated workflows using Salesforce Flow Builder and Approval Processes.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, maintain technical documentation, and enforce development standards.
  • Perform data migrations and maintain data integrity using Data Loader, Workbench, and related tools.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement timely resolutions.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Manage Salesforce deployments using GitHub Actions-based CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliable and automated releases across sandbox and production environments.
  • Apply Salesforce security best practices, including field-level encryption, Shield Platform Encryption, CRUD/FLS enforcement, sharing model alignment, secure Apex development, and auditability controls.
 
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience, preferably within an Azure environment.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience implementing Salesforce integration patterns using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and Platform Events.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Flow, including Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, Auto-Launched Flows, and Scheduled Flows.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including CRUD/FLS enforcement, role hierarchy, sharing models, Apex sharing, login security, and session security.
  • Experience configuring and managing Connected Apps, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Salesforce security settings.
  • Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum teams and sprint-based delivery models.
  • Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (PDI) certification.
  • Experience with API security, authentication, and identity management, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSO, Connected Apps, and External Credentials.
  • Knowledge of data governance, compliance controls, audit requirements, data retention policies, and secure handling of sensitive data.
  • Experience supporting multi-org Salesforce environments and cross-cloud implementations.
  • Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, including AI agent configuration, topic and action creation, and Service Cloud workflow automation.
