Renowned Dallas-based residential and hospitality design firm is seeking a Lead Project Manager to join their elite team of design professionals. This is an in-person opportunity in the Dallas Design District and requires ultra-luxury single-family residential experience and hospitality experience, preferred.

Experience Requirements

Project Leader

  • 6+ years in luxury interior design
  • Proven leadership on full project lifecycle
  • Experience managing junior designers and consultants

Project Manager

  • 8+ years
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and construction administration experience
  • Experience handling multiple concurrent luxury projects

Sector-Specific Experience

High-End Residential

  • Large custom homes
  • Luxury condos/penthouses
  • Private estates
  • Ultra-high-net-worth client experience
  • Bespoke millwork/furniture coordination
  • FF&E specification and procurement
