The Project Lead owns the execution of projects from concept through installation with precision, clarity, and control. You are
responsible for ensuring that design intent is delivered exactly as envisioned—without drift, delay, or confusion.
You will step into active, high-level projects and take immediate ownership.
What You Will Do
Project Ownership
• Lead multiple high-end residential projects through all phases
• Own schedules, budgets, deliverables, and outcomes
• Maintain full visibility across all moving parts—nothing slips
Client Leadership
• Serve as primary client contact
• Lead meetings with clarity and confidence
• Manage expectations and guide decisions
• Communicate proactively—clients are never chasing updates
Team Direction
• Direct junior designers and coordinate internal team members
• Work closely with the Design Director to ensure alignment with design intent
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors
Technical + Documentation Oversight
• Review and manage full drawing sets, specifications, and details
• Ensure accuracy and completeness before anything leaves the office
• Maintain alignment between design intent and construction
Procurement + Installation
• Oversee FF&E tracking in coordination with purchasing
• Monitor lead times, deliveries, and install schedules
• Execute clean, organized, on-time installations
What We Are Looking For
This role requires someone who operates with ownership and control, not oversight alone.
• 8–12+ years of experience in high-end residential or hospitality design
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong technical background (drawings, detailing, documentation)
• Deep understanding of construction + procurement processes
• Highly organized with clear systems for tracking projects
• Strong communicator—direct, structured, and confident
• Design-aware with refined taste and judgment

• You are calm under pressure and decisive when needed
