The Role
The Lead Demand Planning Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving a best-in-class demand planning and forecasting capability to support a high-growth Consumer Broadband telecommunications carrier. The role partners closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Network Deployment teams to ensure accurate forecasting of capital materials, network equipment, and inventory requirements in support of a rapidly expanding fiber footprint.
The position supports a network footprint of approximately 4 million homes passed, with an expected growth rate of approximately 1 million additional homes per year.
Work Location- Hybrid-Dallas or Denver
The Main Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and refine demand forecasting models for fiber build materials and network equipment.
Review demand and supply data and adjust forecasts in near real-time.
Analyze demand drivers and reconcile forecast variances.
Communicate trends, risks, and insights to stakeholders and leadership.
Identify gaps in reporting and forecasting processes and lead improvements.
Support enterprise demand planning systems including Maestro.
Perform ad hoc analysis for executive decision-making.
Inventory Management & Supply Chain Optimization
Develop inventory strategies balancing service levels and working capital.
Monitor inventory turnover and excess/obsolete exposure.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Procurement, Finance, Network Operations, and Construction teams.
Lead moderate-sized projects with strategic importance.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in demand planning or supply chain analytics.
Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. RSRFF37
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Kinaxis / Maestro.
Exposure to Anaplan, Power BI, or SQL.
Telecommunications or infrastructure experience.
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
Location Based Pay Ranges:
$110,000-$160,000
