Join our team as a Lead Customer Service Representative at a busy retail location in Madison, Georgia.

Shift Availability: Flexible

Responsibilities: Greet customers, operate the register, make purchase suggestions, assist with food programs, lead shifts, and maintain store appearance. Work inside and outside, providing fast and friendly service.

Ideal candidate: Good at selling, customer care, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership. Retail and cashier experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Motivated to grow and learn.

Physical requirements: Standing/walking up to 8 hours, lifting up to 30-60 pounds, pushing/pulling, bending, and hand coordination needed.
