We are hiring a Lead Customer Service Representative at our store located at 320 Meeting St, Charleston, SC.
Shift Availability: Days, Evenings, Overnight
Full-time position
Responsibilities include: greeting customers, operating registers, making purchase suggestions, assisting with food programs, leading shifts, maintaining store appearance, and providing fast, friendly service.
Ideal candidates: excel in customer care, sales, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership. Retail or management experience, high school diploma, motivation to grow, and a fun attitude are preferred.
Physical requirements: standing/walking up to 8 hours, lifting up to 30-60 pounds, pushing, pulling, bending, and hand coordination.
