This position supports traceability of finished goods into and out of the Automated Storage Retrieval System (ASRS) within the factory warehouse. You will help to maintain ASRS reliability and efficiency through troubleshooting and projects, while also maintaining the systems that control the ASRS and conveyance to ensure proper throughput for warehouse operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Monitor the operation of the Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS), including messaging & troubleshooting within the Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Systore

Respond to and correct any problems within the ASRS systems including pallet jams, pallet tracking errors, etc.

Process Quality Assurance holds and requests to move product out of the ASRS systems

Monitor system performance by tracking key metrics such as inventory variance, system moves, etc.

Actively participate in all Safety, Quality, and Continuous Improvement initiatives within the factory

Comply with all Nestle and Purina policies and procedures

Microsoft Office Suites usage including basic Excel spreadsheets, formulas, reports Must be comfortable working in height at 120 plus feet in the air

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent 2+ years' experience in warehouse coordination, material tracking, logistics, or related within a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing or military environment

Other

Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) experience preferred Willing to work 7pm-7am

The approximate pay range for this position is $48,000 to $72,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
