Meyer Utility Structures is currently looking to hire a Lead Control Process Operator in our Fort Worth, TX plant for our Weekend Shift. The Lead supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in fabrication and assembly of structural sheet metal products. The Lead sets up and operates machines, makes adjustments for materials used, verify dimensional requirements and may use blueprints.

Schedule: Must be able to work Fri- Sun 4:00am - 4:30pm.
What you'll do:

Minimum of 4 years of relevant manufacturing experience
Proven ability to lead and develop a small team
Strong blueprint reading and measurement verification skills
Experience operating CNC/PLC equipment, including:
Whitney plasma/punch
Kinetic
Oxy-fuel and plasma cutting
CNC machining centers (drills, presses, mills)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
High dependability
Strong leadership presence on the floor
