SymphonyAI Retail, Inc. seeks a Lead Consultant in Palo Alto, CA.
Duties: Lead technical workshops during the initiation and definition stages of projects. Design and create sophisticated project development and testing environments that mirror the hardware and software stack to be used at the client site. Oversee configuration of the Symphony product as outlined in the design documentation. Manage source control on projects and collaborate with the release manager to ensure efficient source and version control. Ensure compliance with the company’s delivery assurance process and governance standards. Resolve complex environmental issues encountered during software deployment and configuration. Conduct comprehensive data management and unit testing. Support the services QA team by resolving test defects and clarifying test plans and cases. Guide the client through SIT, UAT, performance, and security testing phases. Lead the packaging of solutions, document installation instructions/notes, and oversee package deployment. Provide expert support to clients during the installation of packages into their environments.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field plus 2 years of related experience. Also requires 2 years of experience in all of the following: working in a technical troubleshooting environment; software installation and test environment creation; SQL; database such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Postgres, or similar; software development life cycle (SDLC); and working in an Agile environment.
