    Job Summary
    We are seeking an experienced Lead Consultant Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) with 10+ years of enterprise integration experience and deep expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC Gen 2/Gen 3), Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and enterprise integration architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and optimizing complex cloud integration solutions while providing technical leadership across enterprise integration projects.
    The successful candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM/SCM integrations, REST/SOAP web services, OCI services, Visual Builder, API integrations, production support, and cloud-native integration best practices. This role requires excellent analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and leadership skills to drive enterprise integration initiatives and ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of business-critical integration platforms.
    Key Responsibilities
    Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Solution Design & Development
    • Design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC Gen 2/Gen 3).
    • Build scalable, secure, and high-performance integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and third-party enterprise systems.
    • Develop reusable integration frameworks and best practices for cloud integration projects.
    • Ensure integrations comply with enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards.
    Oracle Fusion Cloud Integration
    • Design and implement integrations across Oracle Fusion applications, including:
      • Oracle ERP Cloud
      • Oracle HCM Cloud
      • Oracle SCM Cloud
    • Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Fusion APIs, Business Events, and web services.
    • Work closely with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical integration solutions.
    API & Middleware Development
    • Develop and support REST and SOAP web services.
    • Design secure API integrations using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services.
    • Configure and manage:
      • API Gateway
      • Oracle Vault
      • Integration endpoints
      • Authentication and authorization mechanisms
    • Develop integrations utilizing JSON, XML, XSLT, and web service standards.
    Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
    • Utilize Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services to build secure and scalable integration solutions.
    • Configure OCI services including:
      • API Gateway
      • Vault
      • Identity & Access Management (IAM)
      • Networking components
    • Optimize cloud-native integration architecture for performance, reliability, and security.
    Technical Leadership
    • Lead technical design discussions and architecture reviews.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
    • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Oracle integration best practices.
    • Define development standards, reusable components, and implementation guidelines.
    • Support project estimation, solution design, and technical planning activities.
    Production Support & Incident Management
    • Provide L1, L2, and L3 production support for enterprise integration platforms.
    • Troubleshoot complex production incidents across:
      • Oracle Integration Cloud
      • Oracle Fusion
      • APIs
      • File Transfers
      • Data Flows
    • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent solutions.
    • Analyze application logs, diagnostic traces, and system behavior to resolve critical issues.
    Patch & Release Management
    • Analyze Oracle quarterly cloud updates and release notes.
    • Conduct impact assessments and regression analysis.
    • Coordinate:
      • Pre-testing
      • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
      • Regression Testing
      • Production deployments
    • Ensure seamless implementation of Oracle Cloud quarterly releases.
    Performance Optimization
    • Monitor integration performance and identify optimization opportunities.
    • Tune integration processes for scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
    • Optimize API performance and cloud resource utilization.
    • Ensure system availability and SLA compliance.
    Client & Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders.
    • Gather integration requirements and recommend optimal technical solutions.
    • Communicate technical designs, implementation progress, and production issues effectively.
    • Participate in architecture discussions and client workshops.
    Documentation & Knowledge Management
    • Prepare and maintain:
      • Technical Design Documents
      • Integration Specifications
      • Support Documentation
      • Knowledge Base Articles
      • FAQs
      • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
    • Maintain accurate production support documentation and troubleshooting guides.
    Oracle Support Management
    • Create and manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs).
    • Coordinate issue resolution with Oracle Support.
    • Track Oracle product defects and enhancement requests.
    • Collaborate with Oracle technical teams to resolve critical production issues.
    Required Qualifications
    Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 10+ years of enterprise integration experience.
    • Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC Gen 2/Gen 3).
    • Strong experience leading enterprise integration projects.
    • Proven experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud environments in production.
