Lead ConciergeSchedule: Full-time Day Shift - Occasional Weekends Availability Needed
Pay Range: $20-$22 / hour

Job Responsibilities
  • Supervise, coach, and support concierge/front desk team members
  • Assist with scheduling, training, and performance feedback
  • Ensure consistent service standards and professionalism across all shifts
  • Support front desk
  • Create a warm, welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors
  • Address questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Build positive relationships with residents and ensure a high level of satisfaction
  • Support new resident move-ins and provide orientation to community services
  • Oversee daily front desk functions including phones, greeting guests, and managing inquiries
  • Coordinate communication between departments (nursing, dining, maintenance, activities, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and message tracking
  • Ensure security and safety procedures are followed (visitor sign-in, emergency protocols, etc.)
Qualifications:
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or senior living
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with computers and office systems (Microsoft Office, scheduling systems, etc.)
  • Passion for working with seniors and providing exceptional service
