Job Summary:
This role is responsible for building and scaling engagement programs for live sellers, focusing on fostering a strong community. You will manage existing programs and launch new initiatives, such as a Discord pilot, to enhance seller interaction and feedback. The core objective is to strengthen seller engagement, drive feature adoption, and create a sustainable community model.
Key Responsibilities:
Grow and manage the Live Community and Discord pilot.
Develop programs for seller participation and peer-to-peer learning.
Create and execute content and editorial strategies.
Plan and lead virtual events for sellers.
Gather and analyze seller feedback to influence improvements.
Must-Have Skills:
Extensive experience in online community building.
Proven ability to manage and grow digital communities.
Strong skills in program development and execution.
Industry Experience:
Experience within e-commerce or marketplace platforms is preferred for a candidate in this role.
