We are currently seeking skilled Commercial Electricians with fire alarm and lead experience for a new construction project involving a multi-building expansion. This project includes a 100-unit, 4-story, 66,579 sq. ft. workforce housing apartment building.
This is a great opportunity to work on a meaningful project while contributing your expertise to a fast-paced commercial build.
Estimated Start and End Date: 5/14/26 - 6/5/26
Hours: M - F, 7:00am - 3:30pm
Pay: paying up to $30/hr (based on experience)
- Install and troubleshoot fire alarm systems
- Run and bend electrical conduit
- Pull wire and complete terminations
- Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
- Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members and project leads to meet deadlines
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience as a commercial electrician
- Hands-on experience with fire alarm systems (required)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Experience running conduit and pulling wire in commercial settings
- Must have own hand tools and power tools of the trade
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Experience in a lead or supervisory role
- Ability to oversee small crews or assist with task coordination
