Harris ML Group is an authorized franchise with Jani-King commercial cleaning services. We are seeking a janitorial technician to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
**This ad hires is for a medical facilities** **Must be available Monday through Friday after 5pm**** **Weekends and Holidays are off**
Responsibilities:
Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, sweeping, mopping and disinfecting surface areas
Perform routine maintenance tasks
Organize custodial closets and spaces
Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
Hours worked per week is determined by facility
Qualifications:
Ability to stand for 2 hours consecutively.
Ability to handle a physical workload.
Ability to lift 15 lbs.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills.
Commerical cleaning experience is highly desired but not mandatory.
