Job Summary:
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish) Clinician to join our team at the Redding Health Center. As a Clinician, you will provide comprehensive clinical care and leadership under the supervision of the Medical Director. This is a full-time, 32 hours per week position that offers a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive clinical care to patients, including:
- Obtaining and interpreting laboratory tests and results
- Performing and interpreting transvaginal and abdominal ultrasounds
- Screening for contraindications and special conditions to contraceptive methods
- Providing appropriate contraception to patients
- Testing and treating STIs and other infectious conditions
- Providing PrEP and nPEP to prevent HIV infection
- Providing care across the reproductive health lifespan, including basic infertility services and menopause management
- Assist in the medical supervision and oversight of center staff
- Act as primary medical quality assurance staff person at the designated health center
- Participate in health center efforts to achieve established goals for productivity
- Exercise a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all interactions with patients and staff
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Current California NP, PA, CNM, or other Advanced Practice Clinician license
- Current California BRN Furnishing Number (if NP or CNM)
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) number
- Current CPR BLS certificate
- DEA license preferred
- Reliable transportation or automobile transportation with a valid California driver's license and insurance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two or more years' experience in health care supervision or management
- Leadership skills, including vision, enthusiasm, common sense, and a commitment to patient-centered care
- Commitment to working with low-income and culturally diverse patients with an emphasis on health equity and empowerment
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Knowledge of additional languages desirable
Pay Range:
The wage scale reflects the compensation that a new employee can expect to receive if offered employment. The wage scale for this position is $78.00 to $93.22 per hour, based on relevant professional years of experience.
