As our Lead Cleaner/Painter (Supervisor), you'll play a key role in maintaining the quality and presentation of the appliances we offer while helping lead a team committed to excellence. We're seeking someone who:
Has experience painting, cleaning, or refinishing appliances or similar equipment
Leads with humility, integrity, and professionalism
Takes ownership of their work and holds themselves to a high standard
Enjoys coaching, mentoring, and developing others
Has strong organizational and time management skills
Pays close attention to detail
Communicates clearly and respectfully
Thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality

Lead and supervise the cleaning and painting team
Ensure appliances meet company quality standards before reaching the sales floor
Train, coach, and support team members in proper preparation and finishing techniques
Schedule daily workflow to maximize efficiency and productivity
Inspect completed work and provide constructive feedback when needed
Maintain painting equipment, tools, and work areas
Safely move, load, and organize appliances throughout the store
Monitor inventory of paint, supplies, and materials
Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement

Previous experience in painting, refinishing, or a related field preferred
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Valid driver's license preferred
Ability to safely lift and move 75+ pounds
Ability to work in a physically active environment
Ability to commute to or relocate to Lake Charles, LA before your start date
