As our Lead Cleaner/Painter (Supervisor), you'll play a key role in maintaining the quality and presentation of the appliances we offer while helping lead a team committed to excellence. What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who:

• Has experience painting, cleaning, or refinishing appliances or similar equipment

• Leads with humility, integrity, and professionalism

• Pays close attention to detail

• Communicates clearly and respectfully

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the cleaning and painting team

• Ensure appliances meet company quality standards before reaching the sales floor

• Train, coach, and support team members in proper preparation and finishing techniques

• Schedule daily workflow to maximize efficiency and productivity

• Inspect completed work and provide constructive feedback when needed

• Maintain painting equipment, tools, and work areas

• Safely move, load, and organize appliances throughout the store

• Monitor inventory of paint, supplies, and materials

• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Previous experience in painting, refinishing, or a related field preferred

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Valid driver's license preferred

• Ability to safely lift and move 75+ pounds

• Ability to work in a physically active environment

• Ability to commute to or relocate to Lake Charles, LA before your start date
