Short Description:Carries out procedures for department functions, including, but not limited to:
2 years experience in decontamination and sterilization of supplies, surgical instruments, and equipment. (Required)
2 years experience in specific areas of focus including but not limited to surgical instrumentation, information management, or department inventory control. (Preferred)
High school diploma or GED required.
Completion of a Central Sterile Processing course.
License/Certification Requirements:CSP Certification (CRCST or CBSPD Certification).
Special Requirements:Must maintain certification.
Additional unit specifications may be required.
