Position Summary
The Lead Case Manager oversees all case management operations supporting the Ohio Army National Guard Medical Readiness Program. This position supervises Case Managers and Case Coordinators, manages Medical Evaluation Board (MEB) cases, ensures compliance with contract requirements, and serves as the primary liaison with the State Surgeon’s Office.

7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Eastern Time
Primary duty location: Defense Supply Center Columbus, Medical Detachment, Columbus, Ohio
Situational telework may be authorized by the Government
No overtime authorized unless specifically approved
Federal holidays observed in accordance with contract requirements
Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor Case Managers and Case Coordinators.
Manage all MEB and IDES-related cases.
Conduct quality assurance reviews of case files.
Monitor contractor performance standards and metrics.
Coordinate with Medical Readiness NCOs (MRNCOs), Units, and State Surgeon personnel.
Ensure compliance with MEDPROS, MEDCHART, MODS, HRR, and eCase requirements.
Support Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP) events and Medical Readiness Events.
Prepare reports, metrics, and status updates.
Assist with staffing, training, and workforce continuity planning.
Minimum Qualifications
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Licensed Social Worker, or Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field.
Minimum three (3) years of case management experience.
Prior supervisory experience.
Experience supporting military medical readiness programs preferred.
