Lead Carpenter —Commercial Construction

TradeWorX is hiring an experienced Lead Carpenter in New Berlin, PA for a multifamily construction project paying $35.00–$40.00/hour based on experience and interview. This role will support the onsite Project Manager with daily field needs, plan review, carpentry coordination, and hands-on project execution. The selected candidate is needed for the duration of the job.

Pay & Overtime

  • Monday–Friday schedule

Responsibilities
  • Assist the onsite Project Manager with daily field operations
  • Review plans and identify jobsite needs
  • Support rough and finish carpentry activities
  • Help coordinate site progress, materials, and manpower needs
  • Monitor quality and address field issues as they arise
  • Perform carpentry tasks based on the active phase of the project
Requirements
  • Multifamily construction experience preferred
  • Lead carpenter, foreman, or senior carpenter experience preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
  • Strong knowledge of framing, layout, and general carpentry practices
  • OSHA 10 required;OSHA 30 preferred
  • Reliable transportation required
