We are hiring experienced Lead Caregivers, CNAs, Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), and Home Health Aides (HHAs) for a dynamic role that combines hands-on caregiving with leadership and office support responsibilities. This position requires flexibility, including on-call availability for days, nights, and weekends.

This is not a typical caregiving role. We provide a pathway for experienced caregivers to expand their impact beyond direct care. As a Lead Caregiver, you'll work closely with office staff, assist with operations, and help mentor and support other caregivers in the field.
During your initial training and onboarding period, you'll receive $20/hour for hours worked plus an additional $150 per week standby stipend for remaining available to cover open shifts and assist with staffing needs.
After 1–2 months of successful performance, Lead Caregivers may become eligible for guaranteed weekly hours (20–32 hours per week) in place of the weekly standby stipend. Guaranteed hours are based on performance, reliability, leadership abilities, and overall job proficiency.
