We're looking for Lead Caregivers to support new and existing clients and help grow our business. You'll train and support caregivers, start new clients, assist with supervisory visits, and be a key member of the care team.
Schedule: Monday–Friday + every other weekend, willing to travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care (bathing, feeding, toileting, medication reminders, ambulation, etc.)
Follow care plans and ensure client safety
Train and support new/existing caregivers
Complete care notes and communicate with Care Manager
Attend team meetings and trainings
Help improve operations and participate in the care team
Maintain professionalism and HIPAA compliance
