What You'll Do
- Greet customers and take ownership of the service experience from start to finish
- Recommend maintenance and repairs with confidence and integrity
- Write and manage repair orders efficiently
- Communicate clearly on timelines, pricing, and updates
- Work closely with technicians to keep workflow moving
- Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business
What We're Looking For
- Dealership Service Advisor experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to sell and manage a high-volume workload
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills
- Organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with dealership systems and technology
- Valid driver's license and clean record
