Lead Bartender

We re opening Casa Sur in Bend and looking for a lead bartender to help build our bar program from the ground up.

This role is for someone who takes pride in their craft and wants to be part of creating something from day one. You ll help develop cocktails, set standards, and train future bar staff.

We re going for a clean, elevated but approachable bar with a strong focus on tequila, mezcal, and fresh ingredients.

Responsibilities:

• Help create and refine cocktail menu
  
• Set bar standards and systems
  
• Train and support bartenders
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization
  
• Work closely with ownership on bar direction
