The role:

Key duties:
• Support and mentor the veterinary team
• Help develop hospital protocols and clinical standards
• Influence long-term strategy and ensure top-tier patient care
Salary and benefits:
• Competitive base salary up to $160,000, plus production bonuses
• Sign-on bonus up to $80,000
• 401(k) with employer match

Requirements:
• DVM degree (or equivalent) from an accredited program
• Active or eligible Indiana veterinary license
• NAVLE passed and eligible to work in the U.S.
