We are seeking a passionate GenAI and Python Developer with 2-4 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in Python, AI/ML concepts, and practical exposure to Generative AI tools, models, or frameworks. You will work in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to build and deploy AI-driven solutions.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
2-4 years of professional experience in AI/ML, with at least 3+ years in Generative AI.
Strong expertise in LLMs, GANs, diffusion models, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Proficiency in Python, ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Develop, fine-tune, and optimize Generative AI models (LLMs, image models, prompt engineering, etc.).
Build Python-based applications, APIs, and automation scripts supporting AI workflows.
Work with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face to implement AI solutions.
Assist in building data pipelines, preprocessing datasets, and cleaning structured/unstructured data.
Perform model evaluation, testing, and performance tuning.
Document code, maintain version control (Git), and follow best coding practices.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and support in development for GenAI use cases.
