How you'll make an impact in this role

• Lead Proactive Safety Missions Take command of the environment by identifying potential threats and executing immediate response plans to maintain a secure and healing atmosphere for all staff and visitors.

• Master High-Stakes Incident Management Drive organizational safety by investigating security hazards and documenting every detail to ensure accurate high-quality records for future risk mitigation.

• Champion Emergency Readiness Plans Act as a vital technical lead by mastering all alarm systems and emergency protocols to ensure the team is prepared for any disaster or security simulation.

• Ensure Public Safety and Assistance Protect the well-being of the community by providing clear guidance and a reassuring professional presence to help visitors navigate the facility safely during stressful times.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Drivers License credentialed from the Tennessee Bureau of Motor Vehicles obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Security Guard credentialed from the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance preferred.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency and 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate''s degree/Technical degree and 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
