Lead Enterprise Architect

Essential Functions

• Cloud Migration Support: Drive RFP development and procurement process for cloud migration services. Define financial ops/cost management process to SOP level and pilot.
• Architecture Development: Develop, review, approve, and maintain enterprise architecture blueprints and roadmaps. Analyze pain points and opportunities that transcend business areas and propose enterprise strategies or solutions.
• Architecture Consulting: Provide guidance to enterprise, domain and solution architects to ensure that solution architectures align with IT strategies and enterprise blueprints, standards, and guidelines.
• Strategy Development: Support the development and execution of enterprise and domain-specific IT strategies, standards, and guidelines.
• Architecture Governance: Represent Enterprise Architecture and provide thought leadership in solution architecture peer reviews and architecture governance forums. Ensure that IT portfolio decisions provide business value and optimize total cost of ownership.
• Architecture Practice Development: Support the development, tailoring, and enhancement of enterprise architecture frameworks, methods, and tools. Ensure the alignment and integration of enterprise architecture processes and deliverables with those of other architecture and SDLC disciplines.
• Planning and Operations: Assess projects for architecture impacts in support of annual planning, resource estimation, and alignment with IT strategy and enterprise architecture. Provide regular reporting on progress, issues, and opportunities related to enterprise architecture.

• Effective organizational, interpersonal/relationship management, analytical, communications (written and verbal) and collaboration.
• Expertise with architecture frameworks, methods and tools.

Other Requirements

• Experience leading IT and/or business transformation initiatives is required.
• Experience engaging and advising executive-level stakeholders is required.
• TOGAF certification (or similar) is preferred.
• Experience using architecture modeling tools (Orbus iServer or similar) is preferred.
